On May 23, 1912, Emma E and Lewis G Hutchison sold their Washington Street home to Absolom Lewis and Charles Goeppinger for $4200.00.
They moved to Crawford Road, Cleveland OH, where they remained through the census of 1920. By 1930, they were living in Wilmette, IL.

At the time of the 1930 census, the household was larger.
Sara had married Mr. Orin Ezra Southwick (b. in Warren 27 Feb 1890) around 1913, and they had two children, Betty Jean (March 24, 1915) and Henry H (abt. 1919).

Henry had been married to Margaret for a year, but no children were born yet.
